Tak prnah tulis resipi ke dlam mana2 entri..
Resipi ni first time try and buat..I got somewhre in my hubby's cooking book, dia beli in d UK katanya.. So baca .. Nmpak trsgt simple and nak tukar selera, sekali sekala makan western dish.. Sesuai utk hidangan makan malam.. :)
Resipi yang pertama
::Roast Chicken::
5 bhg dada ayam (yang da siap potong), *optional bole pakai bhgian ayam yg lain, ikut suka u
Perencahnya:
2 biji garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary (ketiga2 spices ni u can get at any hypermarket Giant or Tesco mmg berlambak)
Sedikit oilve oil *optional pakai minyak masak sayur pon ok
Sedikit garam and black pepper..
Bahan yang diasingkan:
1 biji bawang besar di potong bulat.
1. Gaulkan bahan2 di atas dalam satu mangkuk, da agak2 sebati, masukkan ayam2 tersebut dlam perencah tersebut, nak sapu pon bole, I cmpurkan sekali senang dlm satu mangkuk so that semua area ayam dapat diratakan.
2. Susun bawang besar yg sudah dipotong bulat ke dlam tin pembakar. Letak ayam yang sudah digaul tadi di atas bawang besar.. U can put some of the onions on top of d chicken too..
3. Cover with foil and marinate for at least 3 hours ke dlam fridge.. xde foil, bole cover yg apa2 yg patut . Btw, I dapt buat dlm 2 jam je, sbb last minute plan :)
4. After few hours, take out the ayam from d fridge, panaskan ketuhar up to 250c. Sprinkle some olive oil on d chicken. Then u r ready to cook d chicken, u can put carrots and tomatoes too.
5.At this point, there are 2 ways to bake/grill the chicken:
- My microwave ada function 'grill'.. so lagi cepat masak berbanding oven bake biasa..It takes about 3Omins to 45mins to cook. Dlam 15-20minit terbalikan ayam tu..
- If normal oven, it takes a longer to cook, u bake about 45min s to 1 hour ++ sampai ayam masak..
setelah 2 jam diperap..and sebelom masuk ke dlam microwave
Taraaaa.. nila dia hasilnya.. abaikan onions and tomato yg hitam legam tu..
Resipi ke 2.
::Baked Potato with Cheese and Garlic::
Resipi yang agak mudah, sesuai utk kanak2 yg suka makan kentang and cheese..
3-4 biji potato (up to u brp byk u nak, mcm i pkai 4 biji size sederhana)
Untuk sosnya:
1 besar butter
300ml susu kotak ( i pakai susu brand dutch lady full cream)
2 biji bawang putih , cincang halus
2 keping cheese cheddar
sedikit dried oregano (kat Giant/Teso berlambak)
sedikit garam and black pepper (jgn letak garam byk sgt, sbb cheese da masin)
1.Kentang di potong bulat mnjadi kepingan, dalam 2 cm lebar, jgn nipis sgt.. Nak cpat masak sebelom di bakar, di rebus for 8mins-10mins. jagn lembik sgt
2 .Panaskan ketuhar, 200c-220c
3. Asingkan air rebusan and toskan. Susun kentang dalam tin pembakar. Taburkan dried oregano atas kepingan kentang tu.
4. Semntara tu, cairkan butter dlm periuk kecil dgn api yg sederhana, masukkan bawang putih, cheese and susu. da agak sebati, letak, garam and black pepper..
5. Tuangkan bahan sos yang dimasak tadi diatas kepingan kentang tadi.. Ratakan kepingan kentang so kenala dgn sos tu.
6.Bakar potato to selama 40minit at 220c.
Boiled potatoes yg 'disiram' dgn cheese and garlic sauce :)
