3rd Anniversary..

As salam and selamat berpuasa..

Amacam puasa semua?? Mine.. dugaan berat thn ni.. yupp cepat sgt haus.. kalau brbuka aku la yg prtama yg akan minom byk x hengat! x tahula disebabkan byk dosa or effect dr ubat thyroid tu.. :)

Ehem.. ehem... well nmpak kan tajuk entry kali ni.. We celebrated our anniversary on d 09082011 yg lepas. Alhamdulilah, sudah 3 years me and WN jadi husband and wife + 2 daughters.. xde la celebrate gile2 mcm org lain.. Mungkin tunggu anak2 da besor sket la baru bole pg dating sana sini.. :)

Hadiah? well I've been surprised with 2 presents:

Btw, I didnt gv him anything.. almaklumla hsewifekan.. segan pulak.. cuma endless love is all that I can give..

To WN, if u are reading my blog now, all I can say that I love u.. thanks for bearing with me.. hikhik! There are ups and downs, and I believe there'll be more to come.. Semoga Tuhan akan terus kuatkan kasih sayang antara kita, sihat zahir dan batin and sentiasa diperluaskan pintu rezeki :) Ameen..

Hormone Imbalance -Thyroid

As salam..

Pernah dgr Tyroid?? of course pernah dgr kan.. yess I'm having it rite now, sudah 3 bulan under treatment di Columbia Asia Hospital, Puchong.. I'm on pills, x perlu operate... Alhamdulilah..

Macamana bole kene?? Doctor pakar kata its 'hormone imbalance'. Ramai kaum hawa dalam lingkungan awal 30-an -40an are prone to get it..doktor kata juga disebabkan pengambilan jamu berlebihan.. espc dlm liquid or tablets forms.. Aku amik jamu ke?? amik... of course! So sesiapa yg amik jamu tu, careful ya...

Jamu contains 'iodine' yg x diperlukan dlam hormon badan.. so aku adala amik Manjakani in liquid form... and also Jadam.. kata doktor la...

Anyway, doktor said I'm still at early stage, dont worry its treatable.. Well, area my throat xde la nmpak bengkak pon mcmana org selalu dgr and tgk kan.. Mmg x bengkak pon langsung :) nampak xde apa yg menonjol..

I am under the treatment of doktor pakar respitori @Columbia, Dr.Jurina.. A lady doctor and she is very friendly, mmg byk ckap.. her explaination is clear, and sometimes byk sgt input aku jadi x paham sgt.. I'm happy to meet her... :)

The beginning:

More less 3-4 months ago...

Mulanya aku batuk kuat x hengat , x baik2 for almost 3 bulan... espc malam, kdg sakit dada and sesak nafas... so da jumpa GP by kali, bagi antibiotic pon x jalan, siap nebulizer lagi, pon sekejap je OK.. lps tu attack lagi.. Akhirnya GP tu advise to refer my case to doktor pakar, so dia recommend la Doktor Jurina ni... ye la manala tahu aku dapat T.B ke... haisshhh mintak jauh kan..

When we arrived at the hospital, spt biasa amik no. giliran, tapi disebabkan its a private hospital, kira xdela smpai setengah hari tunggu kan.. After 1-2 hours dapatla jumpa Dr.Jurina ni.. So dia bacala refer letter. Then, she decided to buat apa yg patut, do the blood test, nebuliser and xtray.. ohhh yesss I did this test too called 'SPIROMETRY'. Its to check level of daya pernafasan.. i have to blow on a a big tube, amik nafas dalam2 and hembus kuat2 thru d tube.. mmg susah masa 1st time, tercungap2la jugak.. rasa nak menangis la jugak, sbb da xde tenaga nak tiup kuat3.. tetapi dgn sokongan P.A Dr Jurina, Fadhillah aku dapat buatla dalam 5 times.... so terpaksala admitted satu malam..

Sapa jaga?? haish aku trpaksa bwk yg sulong, sbb ingatkan nak tinggalkan ngn maid, tp maid kata melalak x hengat! so yg sikecik dok ngn maid and I ask my little sister, Shidah to come over, while WN hantor ke hospital..

After d result came out, doktor kata aku ada infection sket.. so bagila antibiotic yg kuat... Tak ingat apa nama ubatnya.. Ntah macamana dia rs pelik, sbb jantung aku beat terlalu laju, its not normal, katanya la... I did rasa sakit on dada.. so doctor kata a bit weird... so dia kata dia nak buat dua test lagi... ECG TEST utk detect sakit jantung and TYROID TEST utk detect thyroid, seems insurance company WN covered all treatment, doctor balon buatla apa yg patut.... Masa tu aku x panic x trpikir pon nak kene..

Lepas 1 malam overnite di sana, doktor kata bole discharge.. tapi dia ckap da, ur tyhroid is positive.. Siap ckap, I nak hantar thyroid test ni nak buat lab test kat hospital lain.. nak tgk 2nd opinion pulak.. So I'll see u in 2 weeks from now utk follow up... Bawak balik sebakul ubat ke rumah..

The treatment for Thyroid

After 2 weeks, jumpala lagi doktor tu.. dia kata 'Confirmed, u have thyroid.' Aku speechless, panic pon ada.. Doktor snyum, dia advise its treatable, alhamdulilah dapat detect awal..

So aku kene la makan ubat2 seperti ini:

This is Carbimazole, specifically for thyroid treatment, hv to take 4 pills a day

This one pulak is Propranolol, 2biji sehari utk reduce heartbeat yg laju tu.

So smpai skrg masih on pills spt di atas.. Side effect dari ubat ni AKU CEPAT HAUS!!! Ni tgh bulan puasa, mmg dugaan la.. Doktor target by November aku da baik.. Insyaallah Tuhan saja yang menyembuhkan...

I just done solat Subuh .. Alhamdulilah its a 2nd day of Ramadan.. Semoga Tuhan mmberikan semangat dan kekuatan untuk meneruskan ibadah ini untuk hamba2nya..

Tahun ini I saja 'test market' by selling chocolate moist cake for this coming Raya.. Well, I baked it by myself.. Ngeeeeee! I post it on FB, tagged few ppl & kirim hubby few samples to his colleagues too. Alhamdulilah, ada lah dlm 13biji orders so far.. I sell it x mahal for a start, as compared others... 500gm (1/2kg) for RM15 and 1kg forRM30, incl RM5 for delivery..OK la kan..

Oh yess, we had a short trip to PD last weekend b4 puasa... Kids really had fun! R still takut/phobia with water, she only played by the beach making some sand castles... Its not perfect, but she loved it! While Y redah je masuk laut with her Abah.. BTW, x puas dok sana 1 hari.. WN pon suggest we should spend d time kat sana lps Raya nnti Insyaallah.. Get away from hectic life sekejap, ok la kan!

Yesterday, hubby bwk jejalan ke Bazar Ramadan @ Bndar Kinrara (BK).. Act ada few Bazars near to our place, tapi saje nak survey mana satu gerai yg jual best.. Sad to say, its a bit dissapointing at BK, most of d stalls seling lauk pauk je, yg jual kuih 'ciput' sgt and x variety, harapkan nmpak happening je lebih! I'm act looking for kuih tepung pelita, but xde satu pon! So today, we r going to Puncak Jalil pulak.. hopefully x menghampakan..

So ok guys.. will get back soon.. Selamat berpuasa.. and jgn 'lapar mata' mbazir x tentu pasal di Bazar Ramadan.. :) We had 29days to go.. Setiap hari boleh rasa yg lain! :)
